  Always a possibility, Alec, but his firm is still operating, I saw one of his vans outside the house in Albert Road the other day, and he has not answered my calls or emails since Spring last year when he promised to shift the garden waste by July OF LAST YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think it unlikely he left my house and keeled over instantly. My wall is still breaking under the weight of the waste, and it is almost a full year since the date by which he said he would have it moved. Contact would be appreciated, and this may be one of the last ways of trying before we crank it up a notch...... and an informal, agreeable outcome is always best. But I am not shy of following other means as a last resort. WAste of everyones time and effort though when all it will take is an hour or so and a wheelbarrow the get it shifted.
