  I work for the council where i live and see this scenario all of the time.
  
  The problem in this country is a lack of moral values. Nobody can be told "no".
  
  I've paid my wall all of my life but there are generations of families whohave either never worked or may have had a job once.
  
  There is a growing number of people choosing benefits as a "lifestyle choice".
  
  If you cannot get a job why would you be choosing to have kids for example? Where's society's moral compass gone?
