  Keith, local government are not employers.
  Employers are people who need to be held accountable for their recruitment policies and how they treat workers.
  The minimum wage policy with the right to lay off at a word's notice is bad enough, but the idea of discriminating against British people is something that does not bypass local government's responsibility.
  
  Many district councils have been closing two eyes to this, when they should be speaking up and campaigning against discrimination against British job-seekers.
