    To sit on Jan.......where did you get that idea from? The undulated shape is purpose built for skateboard enthusiasts to enable them to use them as a ramp to give height to clear the litter bin!

    The other one is a moneymaker for those who want to use it as a means to get enough lift to hit the strategically placed lamp post. The operators of the CCTV can then send the footage to 'You've Been Framed' to claim the £250.00.....so that they can be self financing.
