  No Philip, all done rather spur-of-the-moment.
  
  Alas, science does not seem to be made of the same stuff as of old. I cannot separate what I think of the science used here with bees and the introduction of calculators into school arithmetic.
  It strikes me that much of the working-out is lost in translation. The use of modelling also is concerning, to me anyway, and the way models can be adapted to suit circumstances and assumed adequate (or supported through some rather dubious cross referencing) to the current work at hand.
  Plus, can we afford not to follow the money?
