Bee up most of the night in this pass week

  most nights I go to bed but up again two hrs later, and then sleep again down stairs in a chair are you the same? it might be my age I try most ways to turn this a round.I make my rug at nights or just sit and have the T v on .

  World Service on the radio Vic, highly recommended.
  
  Doesn't cure insomnia but at least when I drift off to sleep I know a little more than when I woke up so it's not really 'wasted' time.

  Also my rug making will not be long before I send off for my next one it takes a bout shipping them over. my eyes need to be tested again.

  Did you ever try the white noise vid that i posted last time you was having trouble?Theres loads on Youtube,that one was of a ww2 bomber with the droning sound of the engines,works everytime for me.

  Thank sir for telling me that sorry it is a no to that because I have been told what is wrong with both legs also told that not much more can be done but they also said one of the legs has had its day and there is only one thing left. So for now Ijust keep taking the pills. and carry on making my rug at night.
