This morning whilst walking the dog,two ladies who are friends of my dog spotted a beaver swimming between the beach groynes. After each groyne it came ashore waddled up the beach & then went back to sea.
It was a rather large beaver with the spoon tail probably the size of a fat cat.
The view is that it swam out of the the Stour at Sandwich & got lost.
Has anyone seen a beaver in the sea before?
