    No, PaulB - these cars are not too fast at all, they are only as fast as people drive them.

    Top Gear is one of the very best programmes in TV and these supercars, with their hi tech brakes can stop amazingly fast. But then if you are driving on the main roads properly and responsibly within the speed limits these advanced systems mean they are very responsive and safe, stop fast, quick to overtake and so on. Of course if you fancy a run on the German autobahn or a race track then you can have some real fun.

    Remember as well, the technology pioneered by these expensive supercars eventually gets into normal road cars making them safer too....
