  Thanks Keith for post 43 its true I know where my loyalty lies and as you very well know its been hard in the past,
  Its true we should all be able to take criticism and give it otherwise we should not be doing the job.
  PaulB does have to juggle but I think he does it fairly, and by the way we do not always agree
