  Morrisons have made the effort with their customer service it has to be said (apart from a couple of habitual grumps.....!).
  
  I am entirely behind Jeanne with the gossiping shop staff! I wouldn't dream of using my cellphone while talking to someone else and always try to be as courteous as possible , and expect the same attention and courtesy in return. I have done just the same, left a basket or item and walked away.
