I think the surprise would be if there were any surprises! By and large all the main channels tend to stick to their most popular programmes as a means of trying to maximise their audience. I haven't looked, but is 'The Sound of Music' being shown for the umpteenth time? I suppose it was the 'Frozen' of its day.......

As long as we don't get Andy Williams wearing a dreadful cardigan with fake snow falling I will be happy.

Can it get any worse?
The most nauseating sight for me was seeing celebrities like Max Bygraves "giving up their Christmas" in order to take presents to sick children in hospital.
The things that some will do to get treble time.

One to watch out for tonight "Celebrity Mastermind" usually good for a few laughs. Last year a reality TV star was asked to name the famous sparkling wine named after the region in France where the grapes grow.
Answer - Jacob's Creek.
