    Unfortunately such events can only take place when wind and weather conditions are perfect. Clear skies coupled with a light NW breeze are incredibly rare in Dover and are unstable conditions. Short notice is a hallmark of all ballooning events and I am glad I was tuned in here when I saw the advance notice. Well done guys. How proactive can you be with less than 24 hours notice?
