  You make me laugh ever so much Alexander. You can't even get the net sums correct.
  
  The rest of the world will get on with reality quietly around you whilst you ignore how the criteria got changed, ignore more than a third of the decision letter's contents and concentrate on your one line mention to the exclusion of almost everything else.
  
  I have accepted reality Alexander and so far, everything that DPPT has hoped, planned and strategised for has come to pass as I said that it would (although it took a bit longer).
  
  As I said on previous threads and elsewhere on this thread as well, DPPT will complete the update of our offer with banking, legal and stakeholder support ready for presentation, whilst at the same time continuing discussions with Ministers and Civil servants as appropriate to ensure that the solution is acceptable to Govt, community and other stakeholders. It will still take some time and the completion of the ongoing personnel changes on the Board at DHB, but radical ownership and governance change of the port will be accomplished.
