    Alex. On the one hand you say that DPPT does not represent you. On the other hand you berate us for not presenting evidence to you. You can't have it both ways.

    I can tell you that DPPT directors, and our legal and financial advisors, are in regular contact with the DfT and other Whitehall departments and that discussions are ongoing. No point in involving UKIP in discussions at this stage because they have no seats in either House of Parliament except Lord Pearson. Much as we might admire their aims, until they win seats we might as well talk to the cat.
