    Keith, since February 2010 I've been dedicating my efforts to prevent the privatisation of Dover Harbour Board and from the start the DfT have informed me they are taking into consideration my representations.
    They have recently updated the Decision letter to better reflect my main proposal.

    No they did not tell me it had been rejected, it is officially an alternative option.
    If you have any official proof it is not an alternative option, please let us all know!
