    So, Peter, you are saying DPPT directors should become the future directors of Dover's Port?
    Then you must also state who these directors are. Unless DPPT clearly say who they propose as the future Port directors, they cannot possibly present a franchising request.
    A franchise business cannot operate behind anonymity nor without a declared pilot plan.
    Peter, you cannot hide from us who you propose to be the future Port director, especially as DPPT have been selling membership shares.
