    "DPPT have no past experience as a business".

    Like DHB, DPPT has several directors who have many years of experience running businesses bigger than the Port of Dover. And there has never been any suggestion that DPPT would dispense with important managerial, technical and operational expertise in the Port.

    No doubt Neil as Chairman will post on the subject of the way forward after our next board meeting. So you will all have to wait.
