These latest posts have a lot to do with the future and whether it be politicians or not that is the question;
Alexander;
It's my firm view that local councils who are cash strapped are not the ideal people to run the port, and maybe be consulted
but realy they show they are not the best placed people to take on such a venture.
Whether or not Charlie(and/or claire) take up the challenge is realy in there court, and I have no problem with them both
being involved as they would be people with a bit of clout that could maybe even help.
With regard to the DHB I fully understand your twisting my words alexander, let me try to explain again
If the peoples port proposals were to win through(thats if)
some members of the peoples port have said they would not have a problem EMPLOYING some of the present
DHB board members, i don't see a problem with that, if some have the expertese why not employ them?
They would be employee's of the peoples port.
It's all up in the air at the moment until a new proposal is on the table
