    Roger.
"Very sad indeed, but it needn't have come to that, there was help available".

The help that Tim should have been available to him, was not given to him because it is not about caring, it is about cost cutting.

Every single disabled or vulnerable person has a doctor and possibly other professional people, who have their health records and first hand knowledge of their patient, yet there judgments and assessments are being ignored.
Are these professional, well trained people, not capable of being trusted?

If Tim was able to undertake some sort of work, then the help he should have received, was for some one to help him find a job that suited his disabilities, if there was one available, BEFORE cutting off his benefits. He probably wanted to work but could not find a job suitable for him.

Genuine disabled people will always strive to be as able bodied as they can and do not deserve to be treated as scroungers on society, yet this is how they are being branded to get votes.

Tim is not the first, not on his own and sadly will not be the last, this is disgraceful and must be stopped now.

What is being achieved with these cuts?
The cheats are too clever to be caught by this method, that's why so many genuine disabled are being thrown into the mix, simply to get their target bonus's

    Are they saving money?
No they are costing more than they will ever save.

All fraud needs to be attacked but is it?

This type of benefit fraud is miniscule as apposed to Tax Fraud, so why is that not being attacked with the same ferocity as atos is doing with our disability benefits?
