Anyone who saw an alleged assault at the junction of Pencester Road and Biggin Street in Dover at about midday last Friday (13 July) is urged to contact Kent Police.
It has been reported that a young man driving a green Seat Ibiza, who had stopped at traffic lights at the junction, was punched in the neck by a driver who got out of a car behind him. The 17-year-old from Dover did not need to go to hospital.
The other driver is described as aged between 30 and 50, heavily built and bald. His vehicle was a dark-coloured Citroen people carrier.
Witnesses or anyone with information should contact PC Tony Thomas at Kent Police on 101, giving reference ZY/19575/12.
