  I have just edited my post so it makes more sense, that will teach me to read before hitting Post Reply.
  
  It was the legal side I found so disturbing as it gives the impression the police can issue an international arrest warrant on rather flimsy grounds. The costs will be enormous what with police travelling to Spain, possible extradition warrants also who will be paying for Aysha's medical bills over in Spain.
