    Further to your comment Howard, I note that the treatment that his parents want him to have will be available on the NHS in 2018, however, in certain cases the NHS will fund and send a patient abroad for this treatment.

    Not sure if any law has been broken and wonder whether he is being brought back for not discharging him from the hospital in the proper manner which may have a legal implication.

    However I also feel that he needs his family at this time.
