    Lousy customer service seems to be the norm nowadays with most retailers. They are more interested in flogging "loyalty" with silly points rather than actually delivering decent service. Sign of the times, I'm afraid. Like banks, gone are the days when decent management ran the shop. The only thing that matters nowadays is the weekly sales target. It's a shame that the marketeers don't get it - loyalty comes from delivering good service, and that's what makes the customer come back.
