I know its only a small percentage Harry, thats what our leaders need to sort out.
Get them off the streets and into what ever, even if it is the forces or boot camp and make an example of them.
It will send out a message to one and all that if they don't want to fit in with society then that is the road their going down.
Keep them away from the public until they are willing to conform.
Bern, I think this time round the public are not going to have short memories, I dont think this will go away for a long time.
