    Used to know a Lady in Hull,that is rare.You are right though it would need a rethink,and obviously that would only be after warning,social workers,perhaps even Commuinty Payback for Asbo holders,We know that 95-99% of most kids are brilliant to ok,but those who are left are failing and they need something to keep thier mind active and teach them discipline and that life doesn't revole around them but to teach them they can be a part of a team if they work at it.
    Did military service teach you that Ian,I think it did and it will help them back into the Community.
