  a few examples would be:
  a) sending their children to school on a regular basis.
  b) not loitering in alleyways in large numbers.
  c) not using their back garden as a lavatory.
  d) not tooting their car horn repeatedly in the middle of the night.
  
  my experience of migrant helpline is that they just look for a quiet life, absolutely no use to anyone.
