Kent Police is investigating after a man and a woman were injured at a house in Whitfield on Sunday
(8 April 2012).

Police were called to the property in Farncombe Way just after 6pm by a concerned family member.
A woman and man, both aged 27, were both taken to a London hospital with injuries. The woman is now improving and the man is in a serious but stable condition.
An investigation into the incident is underway and anyone with information is asked to phone Kent Police on 101 or Kent Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 quoting reference number 08-1095.
The 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
The victim and offender are known to each other and police are not seeking anyone else in connection with the incident. There were no other people in the house at the time.
