  here in east kent we are indebted to our armed forces in helping out in these frozen times.
  the 2nd infantry brigade in folkestone are involved locally in keeping services operating, whilst the argyll and sutherland highlanders based in canterbury are transporting blood supplies and renal patients between the qeqm in margate, william harvey in ashford and the kent and canterbury.
