  What a beautiful day it was yesterday, an exceptional service with a huge turnout and lovely to see so many friends there. Must say the guys all looked so well turned out in their uniforms and medals. Reverend David Ridley delivered a super service as usual, so pleased for him that the sun shone brightly this year so he remained dry for once.
  
  Some lovely photos on the front page, I especially like the one taken by Karol Steele of the shadowed cross amongst the beautiful poppy wreaths.
