BBC2, 2130 next Sunday evening (and apparently in some cinemas now). Jackson's used digital film restoration and colouring techniques and sound recreation (by way of, e.g., lip-readers) on silent, jumpy film from WW1. There's a thrilling and poignant immediacy when the soldiers emerge out of the noiseless b&w murk into vivid colour and sound. Some clips in this link:
