  Oh yes....it only took weeks (months) to get exactly nowhere with DDC with the noise and misery each weekend from neighbours partying drunkenly. The hoops one has to leap through to get anywhere at all is enough to put people off using DDC Environmental Health Team. I need to add that, without fail, the team who came out to us were charming, courteous and helpful - as with everything, it was the red-tape brigade who were the obstacle. And what about the Post Office club when it was open? Misery for many people every Saturday in the surrounding area and what was done? It took many many months for anything to happen.
