  I suspect Andy B is correct. If fewer cars are being dealt with at the tip more are going to be tempted to fly tip, especially in a time of pandemic when half the world seems to be into DIY.
  
  No doubt DDC will be able to provide and up to date analysis of usage at the tip?
  
  (What? You mean they don't even know how many vehicles are using it daily? )
