  Bern thank you for these suggestions .My son has thought about parking his car here as he share drives with my othe son,however both sons frequently work abroad .This is the old story of a woman living on her own ,and a bully..I had a problem with this unsavory person before ringing me with offensive suggestions .I did report it and my younger son gave him an earful Its remarkably as when I had my cabinet post I had to deal with these sort of problems with some of our social houing tenants .We have all sorts of ways of dealing with tenants who breach tenancy conditions but in the private sector its a different ball game Believe me some people who own there homes are far worse..
