  Are each very sensible, and in the main, mirror the regulations we have here. Perish the thought that anybody who wishes to beat their carpets outside in the street should feel compelled to sweep-up after themselves, for fear of incurring a penalty.
  
  As far their proposed mini Las Vegas goes, well we had all of this under New Labour.
  Ignorance is bliss, bliss is happiness, I am happy...to draw your attention to the possible connectivity in the foregoing.
