    more locally howard the issue was debated including a public meeting, and a visit from the then home secretary.

    yep all governmets have got it wrong and continue to do so

    it's a debate that won't go away, but im not in the camp of SEND THEM ALL HOME as in reality it wouldn't happen,, and a betterf system is required
