    It is so easy for illegal immigrants to disappear into the system. I employed a young lady from Zimbabwe. She had all the right documents, NI number etc, but suddenly disappeared after two years (!) and I found out she was an illegal immigrant. However, we are not only saturated with illegal immigrants, but also legal immigrants. How many more can this country support? Or can we hope that the disaffected youth of this country with no work ethic will suddenly find there is another country they could emmigrate to, and leave us with people who are ready, willing and eager to work, as many immigrants are.
