The post you are reporting:
I would never agree to full integration with Europe - the EU.
There has been debate recently about the United States of Europe, where, in effect, Europe becomes more a Country than a Continent and they have rules for each of the Federalist states, as they do in the United States of America.
There has also been much talk about British companies looking for new business outside of Europe.
The history and culture of the different European countries (and the languages too of course, which will have to become one - but which one ?) are a world away from the American States.
Each individual country was far stronger - economically, before the Euro, than since; we're all part of Europe, we all have different economies, made of from different sources - tourism, agriculture, manufacturing etc. and of course, different size countries, but having "one size fits all" won't work - it can't work.
There is a finite amount of money that can be pumped in to help ailing economies, but the sum that the ailing countries need, is more than there is available.
