  We all know about the problems that local authorities in the Capital have in finding housing for the least well off, many ending up dumped in places like Thanet and living in squalid conditions. Lewisham have come up with this ingenious plan of cheap modern buildings with affordable rents, well insulated, moveable and designed to last for 60 years. Only on brownfield sites too.
