    Mark - it is Brown who needs to be taught that lesson after all it was his urging at the Mansion House and his regulatory changes that resulted in some bankers, some only, doing Brown's bidding and creating the awful banking mess up we had in 2008. I thought that you might look beyond popular misconceptions but I was sadly wrong. I say again punitive taxes solve nothing and merely add to the problems of the economy.
