    I expect the youngsters kept the place going in the end most likely by playing pool, drinking Coke and eating crisps. You can drink soft drinks, not booze, when under-age.

    Sadly too many adults now drink at home as it is so much cheaper, plus drink driving laws slowly killed off many rural pubs like this one.
