Another chalk fall

  Noticed this morning there has been another chalk fall in the Fan Bay area, not that far from the Eastern Arm/Tip Gates not as big as the last one but still a significant fall.

  As with garlic and Vampires, so with cheese and chalk. A new year tradition should be instigated.
  To cast unused and unwanted cheese from the festive period over the edge of the cliffs.

  When you said not as big as the last I was expecting it to be small but my goodness another big chunk of the white cliffs falls! Getting a bit too close for comfort now, houses and buildings nearby!

  not seen any mentions of this so far in the media, looks like we will have to be very careful when walking the cliffs for the foreseeable future, i never go close to the edge at the " battle of britain memorial site always seems a likely candidate for a fall.

  If this carrys on in a year or two they will be moving out of the Eastern side and moving stock and barrel over to the Western side.
