I know there are a few oul afficionados of Pink Floyd here on Doverforum. Yours truly is as well, a veteran of many a Pink Floyd concert in the old days. So I couldnt miss this one and with Jan T's help I took my oul weary rockin' bones to the O2 Arena (The Dome) for tuesday nights show/concert of The Wall...Jeez it is truly an assault on the senses, nobody sleeps at this show I can tell you.
Roger Waters one time rock of Pink Floyd, has regurgitated his show thirty years on and it is every bit as good as the first time around.
Rumour has it I was around for the original but I deny it vehemently....ahem cough!!
The auditorium with ten minutes to go before lift off...huge crowd and still packing them in..
Then it bursts into unholy life and all hell breaks loose
The section with the facist leader..ooh not nice, putting allsort of societies elements up against the Wall.
The wicked school teacher..putting yet more bricks in the wall
