Tom the news is out there, f you read the link, but Guardian television oops the BBC will never in a month of Sundays report this issue. It's not in their interests. We all know how the BBC is tearing itself apart from the bottom to the top and I guess it's inevitable really - the bubble had to burst at some point.
For years this organisation has lived on the self-imposed reputation that it is the best in the world, unbiased, neutral and the best in world broadcasting. It's not.
Most of their output is liberal left leaning and you only have to check out thieir programme schedules to bear witness to that.
I'm an extreme moderate in terms of my world view and political outlook but only a fool cannot fail to see the bias which the BBC leans towards.
So in terms of this issue (climate change scaremongering) and the fact that the BBC has spent tens of thousands in legal bills stopping the public who pay for this service to see exactly who attended the meeting in 2006 is an absolute outrage.
What are they trying to hide? Who are they protecting? If they were so confident in their position on this subject then why are they wasting money defending their position?
It stinks as much as the debacle as the Jimmy Savile affair and this latest fiasco leading to the resignation of their head honcho.
Just because this issue isn't being broadcast on the BBC news channel does not mean it is not news.
Inf fact the mere fact that it isn't being broadcast means it is more newsworthy than many other trivia they broadcast day in day out.
