Can anyone tell me when or if any houses have been built in Dover Town Centre recently?
Not flats. Family houses?
Most certainly when the Co-op packs its bags.
Rumour's abound it will another car park
Waitrose or another all round supermarket would wipe up down there.
The debunked Leisure Centre corner will be a road widener opportunity, together with more car parking.
The St. James's area could have accommodated decent houses. Prime family situation.
We certainly need more decent, working/wage earning people in the Town Centre, in order for it to thrive once again.
