  Bern, don't get me wrong on this, I don't support unnecessary testing on animals especially for cosmetics.
  
  But this petition is just one of several similar started by a person who promotes herself as a vegan makeup artist (nothing against that either but I'll never be a vegan and have never worn makeup!) and is completely unsubstantiated in its claims. Being an ultra-cynic about such things, until someone can show me confirmation from a substantiated source that this is happening then I won't believe it.
