Sorry to disagree Bern, but this petition is the sort of rubbish that gets propagated on the web, high on emotion, devoid of facts and probably based on Chinese whispers if you'll pardon the pun - from someone who uses this image as her avatar, quite a few cosmetics on show here -
I've just been having a look on the web to try to find the facts and it's nothing like portrayed above.
Here is the EU legislation on cosmetic testing passed in 2009 which will become effective next year, 151 pages to digest before you continue -
