  No doubt there is a waste of money in places, as there is in any big organisation. I think sometimes, though, we don't see the full picture and assume stuff. For example, in some OB there are already crew in the area doing legitimate stuff and they can be used for the one off as well. It is a sort of hidden saving, but we all assume that shedloads of people have been bussed out for one broadcast.
