Very well done.
BUT
Insular, very, very insular. From "The Gateway to England." through mention of visitors and over-night stayers on their way to the Continent and their having to bypass the town via the motorways. There could have been much more emphasis on visitors from the continent.
It is a pity that Dover does not have the name of 'Doorstep of Britain' (or 'Atrium of Albion'?) Doormat of England, even. Has more of the 'linger and gaze in wonder' about it. True, not even I have thought about this too much until now.
The Blue Bird is a very good idea, but there is a bit more thinking to be done on the hoarding;colour and themes and free parking from 3pm needs work also.
Having 'Hells Hallway' as the access to and from the seafront is a crying shame.
The video does do justice to the own-goals and general neglect, mention of which does litter these letters pages.
