    Im not sure Keefy...I think this may be a good move. For years people have complained that the planning laws were too restrictive in say one area and less so in another, resulting in needed buildings and developments going elsewhere. Positive interpretation of the laws and a more willingness to build is needed. If we could get rid of NIMBYism in East Kent too it would also help.

    No shortage of money or build in London, more flash buildings scraping the skyline up there everyday.
