The post you are reporting:
There are Albanian Kosovars, Serbian Kosovars, Gypsey Kosovars, Turkish Kosovars, and some claim that there are Montenegrin Kosovars.
Many Montengrins in Montenegro are Serbian Orthodox and consider themselves a part of the Serbian people, and did not want independence from Serbia.
As for Kosovo, many countries recognise it as an independent state, where the majority of people are Albanian, mainly Muslim, and with the highest birth-rate in Europe.
Serbia, Russia and some other countries do not recognise Kosovo as an independent state, though.
I personally don't recognise Montenegro as an independent state, as the constitution of the Orthodox Church does not preach ethnic divisions within the same ethnic people.
As for Kosovo, I suppose it would be inevitable to divide the region into an Albanian part and a Serbian part, the first would unite with Albania, the second with Serbia.
The lesson that we can learn from the Balcan crisis, including the wars between Serbs and Croats (who speak the same language) in Crajina, and between Serbs, Croats and Muslims in Bosnia (who again all speak the same language), as well as between Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo (who speak completely different languages), is that ethnic communities can apparently live together for decades, but could also end up all over a sudden fighting each other.
The riots in London and elsewhere in Englamd began when some group of individuals claimed that the Police had shot a man on the grounds of his ethnic appearance, and not because he was armed with a gun and live ammunition and refused to lower the weapon.
The Police in London have to deal with armed gangs of knife carriers who often carry out an execution in the streets, and with gun carriers, and these gangs are usually ethnically defined.
A riight old mess we got ourselves into!
Bit obviously, the Metropolitan Police are not going to allow an armed man to threaten people in the streets with a gun and live ammunition, are they!
The Kent Police must make sure that knife and gun carriers do not end up exporting their criminal way of life to our County. We must be vigilant!
